We’re looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Work closely with members of the leadership team
Optimise our existing campaigns and improve conversion rates by means of rigorous A/B testing and channel
Design and set up comprehensive campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts with the objective of increasing our customers’ retention and LTVPlan and organise marketing mix (branding, communications, digital, social) and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”
Assessing new marketing opportunities for generating revenue Setting KPIs for marketing activities
Measuring and reporting on the success of marketing initiatives with the objective to provide marketing intelligence and suggestions for improving effectiveness of marketing programs
Oversee and coordinate the work of our digital marketer, content manager and graphic designer
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a performance marketing role of a tech venture
BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
Has excellent knowledge of customer engagement platforms and tools such as MoEngage, MixPanel and Google Analytics etc.
Outstanding interpersonal skills: ability to develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
A hands-on mentality & ability to multi-task across several marketing projects
Is genuinely passionate about online marketing and start-ups
