We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Leading digital / traditional media strategy development in line with regional direction e.g., content, message, communication channels, target audience to ensure effective execution to support marketing campaigns,
Ensuring all consumer-facing programs / offers are consistent with the omni-channel expectations of our consumers
Developing a public relations / affiliate consumer engagement strategy to enhance brand perception for selected brands and customer awareness in alignment with overall Marketing and organizational strategies
Collecting, measure, evaluate and report quantitative and qualitative data from all regional/local events and campaigns; owns post-event and campaign ROI analysis and maintain and monitor lead flow through the pipeline
Proven track record in strategic program management, campaign execution, channel marketing programs, and field marketing
Experienced in working with multiple territories, multiple priorities, and in a fast-paced environment with minimal local resources
Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines, multi-task and manage projects independently
Knowledge and understanding of marketing funnel and opportunity tracking, metrics and ROI
Experience in forecasting, managing budgets, allocating and optimizing spend across tactical channels
Experienced in working independently within the region and function
Has an open, friendly, collaborative approach
Demonstrates resourcefulness in leveraging resources and managing by influence
Business travel is required for this position 30-40% (post COVID)
Bilingual in English & Mandarin or Malay, written and spoken; highly desired
