We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Business Partnering, Influencing – Provide HR perspective (including strategy, scope, process and impact) to business decisions. Partner with Business leaders to influence, develop and integrate targeted people strategies based on situational analysis, to drive business objectives / goals and foster solid working relationships. Operate as an objective and trusted advisor; provide appropriate coaching to elevate the leadership team collectively and individually. You will understand the business and the priorities of business leadership, including the business strategy, P&L, and key initiatives that drive the bottom line. You will communicate a clear, accurate understanding of HR analytics, providing insights and strategic direction on how to use them to grow the business, deliver results and drive continuous HR improvement. Your expertise will provide commercially sound solutions to support business objectives.
Leadership and Engagement- Build and unlock leadership and management capability in PDS and Sales across the Region. Inspire the HR team to do their best work everyday
Stakeholder management – Manage the executive stakeholders with complimentary and sometimes competing priorities, experience managing multiple executive stakeholders is key.
A dynamic HR leader with people management and relationship building experience, with ability to collaborate cross-regionally
Track record as a trusted partner and someone who influences business leaders and strategic direction of the organization
Strong analytics, business and financial acumen
Ability to lead within a matrixed organization i.e. comfort in managing and coaching teams with indirect reporting lines
Effectively manage demanding clients/business leaders and show courage to advocate your personal point of view
Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise, with a risk and compliance mind-set
