We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Responsible for leading, developing and implementing each brand retail strategy, bringing each brand to greater heights
Build and maintain partner portfolio striving for strong commercial negotiations at all times
Partner with the marketing team on developing retailer focused strategies, customized tools and creative assets and ensure exemplary execution with a test & learn approach
Develop and maintain retailer specific marketing calendars, including new launch support,
sampling, visual merchandising updates, events, in-store focus and themes
Lead strategy, development and execution of samples, sets and GWP initiatives across all wholesale partners
Lead 360 marketing activation launch plans for all retailers to include pre-launch and post launch
Lead visual merchandising in-store updates across all retailers
Lead internal and external team communication of all pertinent retailer product information
Maintain strong relationships with retail partners to develop business strategies, gain alignment and excite them to support brand with programs leveraging the strength of key platforms (sampling, dotcom, social, loyalty)
Experience working with or managing a remote team
Experience owning and driving accounts
Ability to think outside the box and passion to try new things
4-5 years of sales/business development
Ability to work effectively and autonomously
Strong commitment to planning and organising
Experience in international markets – US and Europe is mandatory
Genuine interest in Health, Beauty, with previous experience an advantage
