We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Manage annual budgeting and forecasting processes for all business areas of the group. Track and monitor actual KPIs and financial performance against budget / forecast and provide insights into opportunities and risks to the business teams in a timely manner.
Develop operational and financial key performance metrics for e-commerce. Develop financial models and build business cases to evaluate and influence new business ideas. For example new Brand launches, product development, or sales channel opportunities.
Be a strong business partner to key stakeholders and senior management across the group
Partner closely with the Accounting team to determine appropriate monthly accruals. Support Treasury with cash flow forecasting and optimal capital allocation.
Champion changes and create an environment that effectively balance business needs and risks proactively. Deliver concisely behind the numbers to leaders.
10+ years experience in FP&A and business partnering.
Bachelors in Business, Finance or Accounting(MBA in Finance preferred).
Essential to have a background in consumer products or FMCG.
Experience in Direct to Consumer E-Commerce is a bonus.
Advanced Excel/Gsheet skills in building complex financial models.
Able to identify issues and take proactive steps to investigate and resolve.
Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity, and understanding the core ‘why’ behind stakeholder’s requests.
