Head of Finance, Multi-commodities multi-national Permanent NEW

We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Finance will provide guidance and leadership to the finance team and ensure integrity of all financial information including statutory and legal reporting as well as establishing insightful analysis and performance measures. Such deliverables will aid the business in identifying business opportunities and risk management. key performance management measures to have greater visibility of the business. Due to the large scale, complexities and geographical spread of the business, he/ she will work together with global teams on continuous improvements and system enhancement projects, with the aim of achieving synergies, cost savings and a more agile finance function. As this is a leadership position, the head of Finance will also be providing coaching, mentorship and guidance to a high caliber and diverse team.

The successful candidate will be CA qualified with a degree in business/ accountancy/ numerate discipline, along with a minimum of 15 years relevant finance experience, of which the latter years should be spent in a Head of Finance capacity. Experience in commodities finance leadership will be viewed upon favorably. You will also be a proven leader, with strong experience in team management and development. The ability to navigate in highly matrix, multi-locations, business lines, stakeholder environment will be a critical success factor in this role.
