We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Leading ability and to guide the Business Development Team in accordance to the Distribution strategies set for meeting/exceeding the sales objective of the channel.
Conceptualise, plan and implement effective distribution strategies by deploying pre and post-sales support capabilities, sales incentive campaigns as well as product and sales skill training to drive channel growth from the partnerships.
Articulate and drive short and long term sales and profit target as agreed to in planning process, generated by the distribution channel (IBG and mass affluent).
Initiate omni channel capabilities and execute new business model and opportunities with DBS. Be a key contributor to Product & process feedback & development.
Accountable for the Budget of the Distribution channel.

More than 8 years of management experience
Good understanding of the insurance and wealth management industry as well as insurance and wealth management products and sales.
