We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
You will always keep user experience top of mind, leading data-driven projects to improve the way our customers search, browse and discover our content
Optimize search & browse algorithms results, working in close collaboration with data science and product team
Ensure that the structure of product catalogue categories matches our shoppers buying missions and stays relevant to our growing assortment
Develop listing complex attributes with the goal to improve search results, enhance user personalization or improve filter relevancy
You will foster customer engagement through lifestyle content initiatives
Generate lifestyle editorial ideas and concepts, and oversee the planning and production
Creating an editorial mission, vision, and voice, and developing and implementing editorial strategies
Develop new business opportunities that allow you to expand, monetize, and promote your content
5-10 years in an advanced management role, with working knowledge of Ecommerce (background in start-up environment is preferred)
Master’s degree in relevant field from a reputable university
Strong analytical skills. Experience in SQL and proficiency in Google Analytics are a plus
Experience in managing, motivating and leading a team
Curiosity and willingness to learn are the most important!
