We’re looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Develop and implement internal communications programmes and activities, including change communications and business; create and deliver plans that drive employees’ understanding of company goals and key initiatives in Asia Pacific through engagement and alignment with the company’s business strategy.
Competent in using an appropriate mix of electronic and print channels so that all employees have line-of-sight to the company’s goals, and understand how they contribute to delivering the company’s business goals
Develops measurement criteria and processes that effectively evaluate internal communications programs
Regularly aligns with Global Internal Communications to exchange news and information that impact on business goals and messaging, actively exchanging knowledge on best practices
Develops understanding of cross-functional subject matters and deliver news and information to the relevant areas of the business.
Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent in prior marketing, journalism or communications experience. Master’s degree, highly desired.
10 years of experience across corporate communications, preferably within the construction consultancy, advisory, legal, architecture, or real estate industries.
Superior written, analytical and oral communications skills; very detail oriented. Strong copywriting skills and ability to identify and shape key messages.
An ability to identify critical messages and unique selling points, and clearly and effectively communicate them, and to modify standard text to meet the specific requirements of each new assignment.
A proven ability to successfully mentor and supervise employees.
Passionate about and focused on doing the right things to support business success.
Should be a self-starter and possess a strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines, with an ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
Strong writer and editor. Creative visual storyteller. Inquisitive. Creativity, critical thinking, ability and confidence to advise senior managers and problem solve, to shape digital communications strategies and plans.
Results-oriented, creative and meticulous with keen eye for detail.
Ability to show visual communications and writing samples across a variety of communications channel
