We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks to the Group as well as managing them.
Responsible to interpret the Group’s financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.

Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Awareness and Understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
Collaboratively work with internal stakeholders and local regulators to address governance issues.
5+ years of experience in leading change management activities around major product launches in a B2C setting
Proven experience in leading key governance processes and critical stage-gate decisions around product launches
Experience designing and implementing service support model in a B2C setting and delivering stakeholder communications/ training
Proven systems thinking ability to understand and analyze the different interconnecting pieces around major product launches
Familiarity with Scrum or similar Agile development methodology
Interest and passion for Fintech and Digital Banking
Understanding the Customer Experience design and user experience principles.
Strong communication skills to synchronize tasks, clarify requirements and delivery expectations with stakeholders.
