We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Design, oversee and implement Bank’s compensation and benefits programs. Monitor salary structures, balance staffing needs with cost controls, and help ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and HR vision.
Collaborate with People Business Partners, Business/Functional Department Heads and Management to bridge the gap related to human resource support & shared services.
Lead other HR projects that may be assigned from time to time.
Provide strategic advice & guidance to the line managers on all HR services including but not limited to goal settings, organisation structure, staff issues, talent acquisitions & retention, learning & development, talent management, performance management, staff grievances, etc.
Identify business needs & pain points and collaborate with HR CoE to bridge the gap.
Facilitate as change agent and assist GHR CoE to promote and execute HR key priorities and new initiatives to line managers/employees.
Provide first level of advice, support and day-to-day guidance to line managers on people management and respond to queries/requests from line managers/employees.
Act as a single point of contact for internal clients/stakeholders.
Lead and develop People Business Partner within your team
Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
Minimum 10-15 years’ of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Sound knowledge of Singapore Employment Laws and best practices
Positive attitude with good interpersonal and people skills
Team player with ability to foster strong relationships
