We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, introducing concepts and roadmaps to key decision makers and senior management to address their business issues and needs
Review go-to-market options for a CRM solution and define target approach
Collaborate with Frontline and DCDA / T&I teams define CRM requirements, use cases and implementation approach
Set up a centre of excellence and hire critical talent to build an ecosystem to manage CRM platform. Have end to end accountability for business
Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other platform product teams.
Engage Group/Regional/Country teams to generate program sponsorship and continuous funding support
Experience with large state of the art CRM platforms as business lead driving long term roadmap, vision, capability build and setting up centre of excellence
Bachelors / Master’s degree holder. Overall experience of 7-10 years in CRM with at-least 5 years of experience in enterprise grade products like Salesforce financial services cloud, MS Dynamics, Oracle, etc.
Understanding and architecting the Omni channel platform strategy
Excellent understanding of consumer banking and wealth management business as well as understanding of roles and needs for frontline sales and service teams
First rate communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Highly effective in a large virtual cross functional team aligning to/and multiple business and IT partners across different markets
