We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
You will build a new centralised procurement function which supports all regional offices for services spend including IT, Operations, Facilities and Corporate Services. You will formalise the procurement organisation to include category management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, vendor engagement and procurement governance. Building a high-performing regional team, you will develop and implement procurement policies, sourcing strategy and best-in-class procurement capability.
Degree qualified, you possess at least 15 years of procurement experience covering services spend in a group, complex and dynamic environment. With proven success in setting up a centralised procurement function or driving large scale procurement transformation projects, you are a credible leader, negotiator, visionary, strategic, driven and tenacious. Relevant experience in the financial services industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
