Be the Point of Contact: involve in Negotiation with high doller value suppliers. Coordinating with external clients and internal stakeholders via email to resolve the issues. Second level escalation point for business & suppliers.
Be the Expert: Explore oppoutunities for reducing cost to Client. Direct staff in the process daily requisitions, expedite deliveries, resolve quality issues and adjust supply chain as required. Make strategical decision to improve process and help achive organisation Goals.
Strengthen Relationships: maintains responsible business relations with external parties, keeps informed of new products and services, market conditions, and current prices, evaluates vendor performances. Identifies and researches potential new suppliers.
Enable and Guide: provide on-going feedback to the team and adherence to set performance standards. Improve and manage Team’s morale.
Work allocation to the team. Time lines are met for all deliverables. Responsible for Team’s adherence towards Service Lever Agreement (SLA). Encourage the team to participate in the trainings/quality circle. Ensure that the backup is created for self and to the team. Acting as a backup to Manager as and when required. Timely Coaching and feedback to the team members. Active participation in Learning & Developments. Ensure each team member is cross trained to have 100% back up. Ensure the team members productivity is monitored and captured.
Impact the Bottom Line: Monitor the Volume & Turn-Around-Time (TAT). Presentation to the management/client when required. Ensure that Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manual is accurately updated as in when there are process change. Create & publish management reports and adhere to the timelines. Track and report Service Level Agreement (SLA). Perform Quality checks as per the agreed criteria. Data management during new scope transition for the process. Follow data privacy / business controls / external audit. Prepare Management review data, analyze and action based on the analysis.
