We’re looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Coordinate with Global Account Managers / Directors / Vice Presidents in formulating strategies for RFQ, and conducting pre- and post-opportunity analysis
Liaise with Air and Ocean Product groups in defining the optimal solution (in terms of routing / capacity / consolidation mix), and derive the best pricing approach for each target account and key tender
Liaise with other Regional Tender Management units and country management teams in creating market-competitive price proposals for global and regional tenders
Work closely with stakeholders in reviewing terms and conditions of regional and global tenders
Interface with subject matter experts in IT, Legal, Procurements, Account Management, Vertical Industries and Trade Lane Development in creating and delivering compelling customer driven services and solutions.
Create / maintain databases and pricing tariffs for internal reference
Good analytical and mathematical skills
Industry experience in the freight forwarding environment (minimum two years)
