Create and drive channel manager to penetrate and engage both global and regional key accounts deployed in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia.
Leverage Avantor’s extensive portfolio of 7 million SKUs to penetrate key accounts and deliver end to end workflow support for SEA customers.
Ensure that Avantor’s culture and values are embedded in the way we interact internally as well as with our various external stakeholders – customers, vendors, government, and community
Set and deploy company vision, mission, and Avantor Business System for SEA.
Develop, train, manage and motivate our distribution channel on the combined portfolio.
Foster an environment which stimulates open communication, creativity, imagination and creates team spirit that solves problems and builds the business.
University graduate in Business/Chemical/Bioscience / Instrumentation / Engineering.
Demonstrated strong Sales and Marketing experience in the field of laboratory products – equipment, instruments, supplies, consumables, clean room, apparel, etc with 5-10 years of experience in the following relevant areas.
Min 10 years related export/import sales coupled with management experiences
Experience in regional sales management of laboratory supplies & services (lab amenities & solution, hypodermic supplies, downstream processing equipment)/scientific equipment & services would be preferred however technical/scientific products range may be considered.
Strong people and process management with a proven track record of growing sales, achieving targets, and developing leaders
Solution selling, negotiations skills, managing major accounts
Excellent communication skills.
Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
Goal Oriented with good organizational skills to achieve optimal results, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Fluency in English. Knowledge of Mandarin/Japanese/Korean language would be a plus
