Deliver strategic change initiatives in accordance with the priorities agreed with Head of Retail Investment Operation Center
Manage the service quality and conduct regular service review of all stakeholders
Develop and implementation of operational process improvement initiatives
Develop and deployment of relevant key performance metrics
Provide valued support and resolutions to the business
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and policies
A university degree holder in any discipline with minimum 15 years’ of relevant work experience in operations supporting Private Bank/Wealth Products
Strong knowledge of Wealth and Private Bank products, processes and regulations
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, with ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
Possess strong interpersonal skills, resourceful and able to work independently and as a team.
Ability to rapidly assimilate complex information and make expert judgments/decisions under pressure in complex situations
Personal resilience and ability to perform effectively in a pressurized environment with a positive “can do” attitude and a positive attitude to change
Highly motivated self-starter with initiative and showcases strong completer/finisher skills
