We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Organise and plan regular Fire Safety meetings to proactively highlight safety issues
Implementation of preventive measures and carried out incident investigation whenever required
Ensure Fire Alarm System and Fire Protection System etc is maintain properly and in good working condition.
Renewal of fire certificate and other statutory requirement etc.
Work closely with Term Contractor and Client HSE team with follow-up and closure.
Present fire related matters for the monthly meeting presentation with Client.
Team up with HSE, Stakeholder and Term Contractors for electrical power shutdown exercise.
Inclusive of duties as per Fire Safety Act and Fire Safety (Fire Safety Manager) Regulation
Assist the Building Manager in the daily operations
Supervise, plan and organise a team of on-site Contractors in carrying out planned and ah-hoc maintenance and their work routines for related fire safety matters.
Ensure efficient and effective maintenance of Client’s facilities through routine check and preventive maintenance strategies
Source, negotiate and follow up with Contractors on repair and replacement work to ensure work done according to fire safety specifications
Assist and attend handover over/inspection for new equipment and facilities.
Ensure Security System like card reader is well maintain.
Minimum Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Ability to plan, organise and supervise a team of contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance work.
Minimum 3 years of relevant facility management working experience.
