Due to continued success and growth, the Financial Services Technology Team is now looking to recruit experienced Recruitment Consultants or Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join us.
As a Recruitment Consultant, some of your key responsibilities will include:
• Becoming a ‘Trusted Advisor’ through building solid relationships with clients and candidates
• Headhunting, identifying, and approaching suitable candidates.
• Candidate management including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and post-placement follow-up.
• Client management including business development to source new business opportunities, attending meetings and events and relationship management of existing clients.
You will get the opportunity to advice global companies in their human resource strategies and to build relationships with their senior management.

What would make you a suitable candidate:
