The Position:
Managing a portfolio of global Financial Markets Change Initiatives, you will:

• Plan, structure and execute on delivery of solutions to business problems
• Build and develop on stakeholder and internal team relations
• Work closely with business partners/stakeholders to identify and solve issues
• Conduct training, communication and engagement of key stakeholders
• Understand the business and recommend improvements/solutions to help optimize/resolve

The Candidate:

• Must have familiarity of Financial Markets products (etc. FX, rates, bonds)
• Minimum 10+ years of business change/transformation experience
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management
• Comfortable with ambiguity yet bound to high standards
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experienced in managing high scale projects end to end
• Highly motivated, collaborative, team-player
