Champion and lead change management initiatives to transform the current Group Finance and Actuarial Division to a desired future state of operation model impacted by IFRS17.
Lead and plan for the finance function of the future, including the choice and use of various systems/tools. As part of the plan and review, to design the target operating state encompassing digital transformation and should include but is not limited to process re-engineering, smart workflows, RPA and others.
Identify the areas of focus, develop the implementation roadmap and business case; concurrently managing the change process.
Lead/support the end-to-end process optimisation across accounting to management reporting, Procure to Pay and Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting processes; improving the relevance and effectiveness of the function as a whole.
Good experience leading business model design and implementation in areas of Cost transformation projects and operating efficiency programs.
Digitalizing the Finance Function, e.g. leading transformation projects with robotic process automation, finance advanced analytics or ERP.
Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or equivalent professional qualifications;
Minimum 8 years of working experiences, with at least 3-5 years operated under a change environment;
Good understanding of finance or actuarial processes;
Must have change management skills and knowledge;
Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
