We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Financial Planning and Performance management: Co-ordinate with Supply Chain Directors for Make, Plan & Deliver, Procurement to set yearly Budget target and lead OpCos to deliver target and year on year improvement. Monthly business review with OpCos and BG to provide insights and define action plans. Responsible for on time in full Supply Chain KPI reporting activities to Corporate which includes Budget and Actual.
Supply Chain Network and Inter-Company Supply: Work with SC to design long-term SC Manufacturing Footprint and Distribution Network. Provide financial inputs in design of supply network and review business case for all inter-company flows. Provide the necessary ongoing support to S&OP hubs for administering inter-company sourcing arrangements
Fixed Assets and Working Capital: Lead efforts to maximize return on capital employed for Business Group CD. Work with SC to evaluate long term capacity and design master plans per key sites. Play a regional role in reviewing and sharpening CAPEX proposal from OpCos to ensure effective investment, sweating the assets and fueling growth. Lead post-evaluation of all capital investments to identify what is working well and what needs improvement. Co-pilot with P&D and Procurement Directors to initiate and implement work plans to improve DIO and DPO
End-to-end Supply Chain Cost Optimization and Gross Profit Improvement Roadmap: Collaborate with BG SC team and OpCo team to generate and accomplish roadmaps to improve Gross Profit via various levers (recipe optimization, supply demand balancing, portfolio rationalization, Distribution & Selling, Conversion Cost, etc). Perform monthly tracking of savings realized and make the impact of savings visible in P&L.
Finance Talent Development: Lead capability building for Supply Chain finance team via training, building Subject Master Expert network, coaching to establish Zero based costing practice.
Overhead Management: Manage Overhead for Supply Chain departments in FC AMEA Office (based in Singapore)
IT, Business Intelligence and Analytics: Provide necessary knowledge and guidance to Process Office of Finance/SC around product costing and cost allocation methodology in IT Systems. Be the custodian of SC KPIs and definitions and translation to IT systems.
Bachelor/ Master degree in Finance, Accounting
Minimal 8-10 years working experience, preferably including working in Supply Chain Finance
Able to identify financial risks and opportunities
Good understanding information technology
Diagnosis and problem solving mindset
Strong business acumen, judgment and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
