We’re looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
You will be mainly responsible to drive and manage the changes in the finance function through being a change manager in terms of the firm’s system transformation. This involves the planning, managing and execution of the initiative in terms of training, communications plans, and the supporting of stakeholders in providing advice and recommendations on best practice. You will track and manage risks and issues taking ownership for their mitigation and resolution; manage budgets; track the project to schedule and manage the vendor delivery. This is also a business partnering role where you will engage and collaborate with global leadership to develop and manage the change management agenda. To drive engagement with teams impacted by the system change, you will oversee the deployment of employee engagement efforts and training. You will also establish and advance senior stakeholder relationships internally.
You will possess at least a degree in Accounting or Finance, or in a computer/technical engineering discipline. You should have at least 8 years of relevant finance change management experience. Should be adept at IT Project Management experience, change management experience and be proficient in Oracle.
