The organisation offers you the chance to:

• Advise the business on regulatory obligations, licensing requirements and carry out necessary initiatives to cope with regulatory changes.
• Keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments.
• Coordinate with audit to close compliance gaps.
• Liaise with external parties (e.g., MAS/auditors) for onsite inspections.
• Conduct compliance training on newly implemented policies and regulatory changes.

You offer:

• Prior compliance experience from the asset servicing, securities services, asset management or capital markets.
• Candidates with regulator experience will be advantageous.
• Experience liaising with various stakeholders across business lines.
• Good at building relationships and credibility; you will be dealing with both internal and external stakeholders of ranging seniority on a day-to-day basis.
