We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
As business demands continue to grow, they have created this new role to strategically target RFPs and develop the right approach to securing the FM contracts. Collaborating closely with the Business Development team, clients and working closely with the Operations team, you will be responsible for developing an effective pricing strategy to secure FM contracts.
At least 15 years of experience developing pricing strategy and executing the plans to secure service contracts
Ideally has experience in the Real Estate, Property or FM industry
Clear communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
