The Workplace Operations team is a global function responsible for ensuring a productive and secure workspace that reflects BlackRock culture, is employee-focused and operates with efficiency. The team works directly with stakeholders and clients, and delivering services directly, through vendors and partner functions to ensure a consistent and well-managed workplace that meets business needs.
The Workplace Operations Hub Lead for the Pacific region is responsible for oversight of the Workplace Operations function within the BlackRock offices in Australia, Singapore, Japan and Korea. The Hub Lead will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of local requirements and priorities within the framework of the global Workplace Experience organization.
The Hub Lead will lead the Workplace Operations team to meet business needs in each office, including oversight and participation in strategic real estate initiatives and project management, and day-to-day delivery in the following areas: Reception & Hospitality services, facility (hard and soft services) operations and maintenance, and move management. The delivery of these services will be coordinated between the local Workspace Operations team – both full time and outsourced vendor staff – and partners responsible for delivery of supporting services.
