The Human Resources team contributes to making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programmes to attract, recruit, develop, groom and retain the best and brightest talent. The team’s responsibilities include recruitment, manpower planning, performance and talent management, global mobility, compensation and benefits, staff welfare and development and staff communications.
We are looking for an Executive to join our HR Operations team to handle HR operational activities of our employees’ career cycle and to deliver quality services to internal stakeholders.
-Maintain and update employee records in our HR Systems.
-Responsible for application, renewal and cancellation of work passes and related matters.
-Manage our employee life cycle transactions such as employee confirmation, contract renewal, etc.
-Serve as first point of contact for HR queries through the HR hotline and HR helpdesk.
-Prepare monthly reports related to work pass and contract renewal and adhoc reports requested by stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess:
-Min. 2 years’ of HR experience supporting full employee life cycle; especially on work pass administration.
-Good knowledge of prevailing employment regulations.
-Experience in SAP HCM and PageUp Applicant Tracking System.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Word & Excel applications.
