We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
To build relationships with Industrial owners, occupiers, developers and investors to develop new business opportunities.
It will be essential to develop a strong and in-depth understanding of all business lines and service offerings.
Develop collaborative relationships with all business lines teams and leaders, specifically Tenant Representation & Brokerage, Capital Markets and Investment Services, Corporate Accounts and Project Management as well as close ties with regional and global offices.
To identify Project and Building opportunities for either Developer and / or Tenant Representation opportunities.
To further develop Regional Industrial Advisory strategy and asset-controlled initiatives.
To continue to build on the existing platform of collateral, collaboration and strategy regarding project and building leasing/sales.
To understand client needs and goals and recognize how to develop and apply appropriate and considered solutions.
To attend industry events regularly and represent the company in a capable and professional manner developing on and expanding the corporate brand.
To position yourself as a market-leader through developing your profile as a thought leader.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field.
At least 15 years experience in the direct management of real estate projects of varying sizes, complexities and across multiple markets.
Numerate and comfortable applying financial analysis.
