Our client is a fast growing FX brokerage firm that offers multiple trading and risk management solutions for their clients across Asia.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Being a key leader for their OTC derivatives business in the region, including strategy implementation, team growth, business development and management of staff
• Ability to identify and efficiently resolve any issues with internal processes
• Able to lead multiple teams including marketing and develop relationships with clients from various financial services industries
• Able to maintain and facilitate a collaborative relationship with local regulators

Profile

The ideal candidate would have at least 10 years experience working with OTC derivatives, FX trading; they must possess an entrepreneurial mindset, energetic personality, ability to effectively grow and lead teams and a growing business.
