Engineer, Electrical (PCA) Permanent

We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Drive aging debug and RMA boards to meet KPI.
• Drive test coverage / gaps, NDF together with Test Engineer and customer to reduce RMA return.
• Conduct schematics analysis training to the debug technician.
• Create failure symptom tree to better assist future similar failure troubleshooting
• Propose and review alternate parts specification for EE component assurance-of-supply impact mitigation

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
• Preferably 3 years experience working in PCA Test environment
• Strong analytical skill, able to systematically troubleshoot PCA related failure
• Understanding of PCBA manufacturing and test processes
• EE component and circuitry knowledge is a must, able to interpret schematics
• EE test and measurement know-how is a must, experience in using various test equipment for troubleshooting (DMM, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer & etc)
