As a Consultant, Systems, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:

• Support Top Management (CEO’s, MD’s, and VP’s) in troubleshooting IT issues
• Troubleshooting network issues and most software issues (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.) on Windows 7, 10 and Mac OS
• Setup and deploy new notebooks and desktops
• Re-imaging desktops and notebooks using System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Support mobile devices; iOS and Android
• Setup and configure office and home printers (Network and USB)
• Provide home support for users and 24X7 mobile support
• Proficient in Active Directory, McAfee encryption software and Microsoft Intune
• Troubleshooting Email and End user applications

Ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Electrical / Electronic, Information Systems or equivalent discipline
• Having 3 – 5 Years extensive hands-on experience in Desktop / Systems support
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with handling VIP request
• Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server
• Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy
• Candidate with relevant Desktop support skillset would be highly preferred
