We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
High appreciation of macro market outlook, especially around the Singapore economy and government policies, interest rate environment, liquidity situation; and emerging trends around consumer behaviours, digitalisation, industry developments etc.
Provide strategic direction and thought leadership to manage the business for sustainable growth, market leadership and P&L outcome
Lead design and development of innovative product proposition, business models with differentiating and competitive edge and marketing programme for business growth
Lead design and implementation of thoughtful Customer Journey/Employee Journey, leveraging digitization, eco-system thinking and data, to create joyful banking with lower cost of acquisition and higher productivity.
Define and launch new products, features, and capabilities including defining the product/feature and go-to-market strategy, participate in technology development and market launch activities, in addition to managing all aspects of programme life management.
Manage product portfolio and profitability- revenues, expenses and proactive risk management nimbly to achieve sustainable portfolio growth, including identifying opportunities and gaps to business plans
Contribute to bank-wide balance sheet management of assets and pricing
Collaboratively work with internal and external partners to achieve an agile and robust processes, leveraging technology and innovation with strong appreciation of risk management and regulatory compliance, manage ongoing relationships and prepare agreements
Bachelor’s degree/University degree
15+ years of relevant experience with 8-10+ years of managerial experience
Experience managing in matrixed environment including managing cross functional areas with direct and indirect reports (e.g. risk, finance, decision management, marketing, operations)
Working knowledge of the different systems, theories, and practices relevant to a function as well as practical experience of multiple business cycles
Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with high agility.
Good organizational and project management skills
Resourceful, creative and independent with good communication skills
