We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Liaise with regional sales teams and business development teams to ensure building the right strategic marketing plan for the region, get their buy-in and support of demand, lead and pipeline generation activities utilizing the most leading and up to date digital and modern marketing tools.
Strategically plan, manage and execute measurable, integrated modern marketing plans with a strong focus on digital marketing for customers
Be an integrated member of the Oracle JAPAC Divisional Marketing team, working hand in hand with the Field Marketing, Digital, Advertising, AR, PR teams, as well as internal domain experts to understand the customers’ challenges, aspirations; and to curate and translate strategies and messages value-led marketing campaigns, high impact propositions, messaging and engagement activities.
Manage external agencies who will be expected to be your partners in creative and strategic delivery of events, campaigns and outcomes.
Have strong knowledge of the various marketing disciplines especially modern marketing and digital marketing; thorough knowledge and practical working experience of a wide range of direct digital marketing channels from website, to search engine, to social media channels, to digital multi-touch and nurture campaigns.
Be a strategic thinker, possess strong business acumen, analytical competency and influencing skills. Able to focus on the detail as well as the bigger picture.
Be able to demonstrable competencies in IT and B2B Marketing; experienced in developing and executing integrated modern marketing plans for IT companies based on business needs and with a deep understanding of audience generation strategies and segmentation for the complete buying cycle.
Have proven experience in planning and implementing successful integrated marketing strategies, with clear measurements to highlight sales pipeline impact and revenue.
Be comfortable using data and performance analysis, reporting, possess project planning and execution skills, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to multi-task, prioritize, anticipate possible obstacles and deliver viable solutions in a timely manner
Be ready to roll their sleeves up, have a can-do attitude, and demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in problem solving.
Have experience in using marketing and sales processes tools, preferred experience with Eloqua.
Have experience of working with third party suppliers and managing & motivating agencies to push creative barriers in communicating with customers
Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.

Be effectively bilingual in English and a 2 nd language would be highly beneficial.
University Degree required – with a focus on Technology, Marketing or Business preferred
Minimum 10-15 years’ experience preferably in a field/regional marketing capacity, with a specific focus on Tech B2B Enterprise marketing working with digital marketing, messaging and execution.
Preferably have experience working in an international, matrix-based and collaborative organization setting
