We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Organize, coach, and develop the Cloud Solution Architecture team – customer-focused technical specialists. Assess the team’s go-to-market readiness, identify gaps in preparedness, and build plans to ensure the team is trained and equipped to successfully perform in support of business goals.
Engage with the sales account teams, customer support, product management, customer success, and engineering to resolve product problems affecting customer satisfaction.
Proven people management skills including recruitment, talent development, motivation, and retention of high-performing technical teams.
Experience as a people manager in a Public Cloud or a Subscription/SaaS company is a plus.
Knowledge of PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, public cloud, and related industry and technical concepts.
Technically capable and credible in your own right as well as effective in shaping the customer and solutions-focused skills of your team.
Ability and strong desire to learn new skills and technologies. A self-learner who enjoys helping colleagues and customers embrace and adopt new technology.
Adept at interacting, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders such as product management, support teams, marketing, and professional services, as well as representing your team to executive management.
Strong networking skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external organizations, including strategic partners, i.e. AWS, and customers.
Passion for mentoring and developing team members.
Qualification in business or engineering discipline or equivalent training and industry experience is desired.
Demonstrates high ethics and integrity.
Flexible to travel, both locally and internationally.
