We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Leading a team, you will be responsible for strategically developing, designing and transforming performance marketing via paid media to drive the digital sales and marketing of the retail bank across the region. With the built-in measurement insights & framework, you will define new processes using Agile methodology to performance marketing optimization. This is a highly visible role where you will partner senior stakeholder across the business to define the new book of way with an ultimate objective to build a forward-looking vision of marketing for the bank.
You have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12- 15 years of digital & product marketing for global MNCs/retail banks or in digital agencies. Deep knowledge of Paid Media tools / optimization and campaign management systems. Agile and/or Human-Centric Design Methodology is required for driving the change management of the role. Knowledge of Asia regional emerging market landscape will be a plus. You are a self-starter, creative, passionate about making an impact with an ability to manage large scale projects in fast-moving environments. You are passionate about Digital Marketing and have strong communication/presentation and senior stakeholder influencing skills.
