Responsible for total Prepaid Mobile revenue, cost, profitability and Market Share targets
Closely monitor market trends, consumer behaviors, and technological developments which open up new business opportunities, in order to conceptualize and develop products needed to deliver the revenue on schedule and within the desired cost targets.
Lead and shape the market with innovative market offerings, delivering competitive advantage upholding the brand promise and delivering a positive customer experience. Segments served cover local and foreign under residential consumers.
Develop effective marketing strategies, identifying target segments, product positioning, pricing and packaging for end-to-end implementation of marketing plans.
Development of new capabilities to transform business decisions, deliver customer service and personalized experiences across the group
To formulate, track and own marketing budget
Build robust relationships with external and internal stakeholders, such as Developers/Vendors/Partners, Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, IT and Network, to ensure strong teamwork in smooth project execution and delivery.
Lead, motivate and nurture a high performing team of Product Marketers. Ensure the team is highly engaged, provide constructive and timely feedback, set clear direction and targets, and constantly motivate the team to achieve higher performance.
Bachelor Degree from recognized university, MBA will be an advantage
At least 10 years of marketing working experience, preferably with Technology or Telco industry knowledge and people management experience.
Good project management and financial analysis skills
Possess a technical appreciation of mobile technologies, platforms and device ecosystems
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with business partners
