Director of Engineering (Global SaaS) Permanent

We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• You will be responsible help set a new engineering roadmap, then take the lead in delivery and operations
• You will be responsible for the quality of the tech, products and services we build and operate
• As a VP of Engineering, you know how to think, problem solve, and stitch together systems. We are looking for an exceptional people leader who is passionate about guiding the skill development of other engineers, to create world class and high performing software product teams

• Minimum 12+ years’ experience (but ideally more), leading a large and high performing software engineering function at a high growth tech company
• Extremely capable people leader, ability to hire, manage and inspire distributed teams of world class software engineers
• Proven experience leading teams that have built native apps for platforms and cloud-based systems that support millions of users globally
• Excellent communications at all levels
