We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Fully responsible for a defined sales quota including forecasting and target performance achievement for assigned area of Asia Pacific
Operationally responsible for a team of Sales Specialists located in the countries
Work closely with Area Marketing
Analyse sales market and competitive data to develop sales and marketing strategy
Analyse impact of market trends and factors on customers
Develop sales planning for own area of responsibility
Develop, lead and refine customer-focused tactical plan for own area of responsibility
Develop, together with Global Hematology team, customer-focused programs and campaigns based on each stakeholder needs
Support new product launches, evaluation market potential
Monitor, measure and report progress against defined execution goals
Build sustainable customer relationship and leverage them to drive profitable sales
Lead, manage and motivate the Hematology Sales Specialists
Success in this role is measured by economic profitability, sales quota, contract, renewal rate of customers, value expansion, and customer satisfaction score (NPS)
Good product and industry knowledge
Candidates must be fluent in local languages and English, additional languages advantageous
