Responsible for developing, managing and retaining client relationships with high-net-worth individuals
Strong focus on Business Development and Client/Asset gathering, maintenance of existing client book
Frequently represents the company in the HNW community; actively develops relationships with business owners, C-level execs, COIs, etc. and builds a network of prospective HNW customers to drive business.
Proactively advise and consult with the clients, explaining the types of financial services available, educating them about investment options and potential risks and recommending investments.
Monitors market conditions, observing competitor impact and makes recommendations to maintain competitive and profitable product line.
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of cryptocurrency related products to facilitate cross-selling and enhance the client experience.
Requirements:
5-10 years + private banking experience with strong focus on new asset gathering
Enthusiastic about cryptocurrency markets and ecosystem
Fluency in English and Chinese
Meet or exceed individual and team based financial targets
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment with diverse priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at the executive level
