Director, Global Vendor Strategy & Operations Permanent NEW

We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Attend key global vendor performance reviews, and other periodic reviews as needed. Implement corrective action for significant performance problem areas
• Manage global vendor budget and deliver against business goals. Ensure consistency of vendor operations across lines of business, including best practice sharing. Advise on necessary program changes where appropriate. Ensure vendors are fully compliant with all Google policies, procedures, and ethical standards as well as predefined quality assurance measures

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 15 years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of people management experience as a manager of managers leading global teams
• 5 years of experience leading a global sales team, in a Telesales/Telemarketing environment
