Director – Global Markets Commodities – Origination & Structuring (Oil & Metal) | MNC Bank | Central, Singapore Permanent

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Sales and origination experience in offshore Greater China and APAC commodities space
• Hands-on approach to full client value chain i.e. onboarding, KYC, pitching, execution, trade booking
• Perform credit analysis on potential/new clients
• Cross-selling OTC derivatives / transactions. Negotiation of ISDA and other documentation
• Prepare and present pitches in Mandarin to potential/new clients

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Metals and Energy markets
• Self-motivated, team player and entrepreneurial mindset
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin due to assigned country coverage
• Ability to generate client leads, collaborate with bankers and onboard new corporate client will be crucial
• Strong industry connections and good market intelligence in the industry.
