We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Guide and shape the marketing automation program comprising building core database marketing infrastructure, marketing automation platform, and cross channel orchestration capabilities with deep analytical insights
Act as the primary point of contact for all Marketing automation initiatives, lead workshops, gather requirements and design solutions
Engage Group/Regional/Country teams to generate program sponsorship and continuous funding support
Hands on experience in Marketing automation tools like Salesforce marketing cloud is required with focus on following
Core marketing automation platform experience. E.g. Identify customer journey use cases, set up complex campaigns, automation rules, notifications, alerts, etc
Segmentation: Build marketing database infrastructure that enables decisioning and campaign orchestration
Decision Orchestration & Analytics: Collaborate with data science and retail analytics team to build models and data feed that improve effectiveness of platform
Reporting & Insights: Set up campaign efficiency benchmarks, ensure right measurement and tracking is available for campaigns. Experience building external dashboards using Tableau is an added advantage. Create and maintain metrics reports and dashboards on marketing activities to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI

Deep understanding of SalesForce marketing Cloud comprising journey Builder, Automation studio, email studio, mobile studio, Ad studio, Contact builder, etc
Bachelors / Master’s degree holder. Overall experience of 6-8 years of cross channel client engagement experience with at-least 3-5 years of experience in core and relevant field of setting up SFMC is must
First rate communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Good knowledge of Confluence and JIRA to conduct above activities in enterprise agile environment
Strong presentation and communication skills to deal with a broad set of stakeholders, ability to tell a story through data, identify opportunities and drive action plans
Highly effective in a large virtual cross functional team aligning to/and multiple business and IT partners across different markets
Certified Product Owner and understanding the agile delivery principles and basic knowledge about Scrum
