The Role Responsibilities
The Director, Conduct, TB & FCSO is responsible for the Conduct and Supervision framework and agenda for both Transaction Banking (TB) and Financial Crime Surveillance Operations (FSCO).
Reporting to the Head, Business Risk, Governance & Conduct whose portfolio covers TB Risk Management, Governance and Data, and TB & FCSO responsibility for Conduct, the incumbent will have responsibility for driving a consistent approach to effective supervision, control and management of conduct risks across TB & FCSO.
