We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Anticipate and identify potential issues, and consider these in communications planning and execution.
Ensure coherence and the representation of the employee voice in relevant change programmes.
Build a communications network of partners to develop and determine effective communications approaches and develop two-way communications for real-time feedback.
Implement measurable targets to assess the success of communications in building supporting the change programmes and to drive continuous improvement in our communications capabilities.
Identify, flag and advise on managing any negative reaction or concern about the relevant projects.
This is a 12 months of contract
