We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Assisting our clients to achieve maximum advantage by conceiving and implementing innovative business and people strategies, and especially change management expertise to ensure their continued growth and success.
Must have: Have in-depth knowledge of organisational/behavioural change management. Experienced in developing change management strategies and plans, stakeholder analysis, communications plans and execution, training plans and training needs analysis, and user adoption of new systems.
Preferred but not essential: organisational transformation, business strategy, human resources and organisational effectiveness. We are seeking individuals who are specifically experienced in the areas of business planning, human resource strategies and processes, organisational design, manpower optimisation and performance management.
Have minimum of 7 years of experience and proven capabilities in managing large scale projects and delivering quality solutions. Prior experience in a consulting environment will be an added advantage.
Possess deep analytical skills and strong client service orientation and able to multitask, adaptable and work with people of all levels.
