Job Purpose As a Digital Product Manager, this role will be part of the Digital team for corporates, businesses, and financial institutions across all DBS locations. Candidate will work closely with various stakeholders across the region to understand & tailor our offering to differentiate and gain a competitive advantage in the markets we operate. Responsibilities Lead and shape product Digital Customer Journey for our digital lending and trade financing solutions:
Develop deep knowledge of the competitor landscape (both direct and indirect competitors) to develop competitive advantage and continuously refine our digital product proposition for each of the markets
Work with key stakeholders, including country teams to co-develop the product offering and support any in-country strategies
Customer experience and channels management:
Develop best-in-class customer journeys in collaboration with the UX design team;
Work with in-country teams to develop business case, analyse investment-return paybacks, profitability and revenue / customer targets;
Track, monitor and analyse key product metrics across the region, and come up with ideas to iterate the offering progressively;
Apply data driven operating model, including identifying drivers and outcomes to increase customer engagement and deliver business outcomes;
Develop keen understanding of the in-country regulatory framework, suitability and sales process, and compliance requirements.
Channel development and strategy:
Conceptualize, lead, and deliver digital initiatives;
Act as channel product owner under Agile methodology, providing high level product requirements and prioritisation with Tech teams;
Manage and prioritise investment spend budget, making key recommendations on which features / enhancements to prioritise given limited resources;
Work with key channels, delivery, and technology partners to secure resources for project delivery.
Over 10 years of relevant working experience;
Experience in the channel management is a advantage, with a understanding of lending and financing products;
Candidate should be passionate about the customer experience and should be able to conceptualize and execute strategic initiatives independently in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment;
Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to lead and work with large cross-functional teams;
Candidate should possess strong influencing and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mind-set and will need to manage both external and internal stakeholders.
