We’re looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Lead the formulation and execution of a research collaborative charter, as part of a corporate-wide strategy on Precision Public Health, to promote support and communication across disciplines and sectors, and foster an environment to expand and accelerate practice-driven research.
Develop prioritisation framework and implementation strategy to link the research collaborative plan with cross-organisation policies, programmes and delivery of population health outcomes and impact.
Identify, define and prioritise the capabilities needed for scaled-up evidence/ data-driven delivery, and develop recommendations on partnership models.
Direct the operations of the research practice partnership, through the process of cultivating partnership vision, goals and agenda, establishing institutional agreements, relationship management and dissemination of knowledge created.
A technical leader with a strong base (10+ years) of technical and coordination skills that can be flexibly adapted to meet the needs of diverse internal and external stakeholders. Experience having worked at research practice interface is preferred.
The job holder must understand the unique responsibilities and accountabilities of a multi-agency collaborative, and provide outstanding leadership; communicate professionally; and, work with flexibility, efficiency, and diplomacy as part of a complex team and system-wide effort.
An advanced degree in a quantitative field with inter-disciplinary integration, such as life science with data computing, is an advantage.
