Deputy Director (Operations & Admin) Permanent

We are looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company

• You will develop regional networks, partnerships and support systems to drive the integration of care between polyclinics and other care providers.
• You will work closely with Regional Health Systems to develop & enhance the primary care model and implement strategies to improve the primary care outcomes for the region.
• Your job responsibilities also include supporting the transformation of care work for polyclinics and GPs, implementing and delivering projects specific to the region.

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• At least 7 – 9 years of working experience, with minimum 3 years of experience in management
• Meticulous and analytical, possess good organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills
• Driven, passionate and service oriented
• Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS office applications
