Working together with the Designated Institutional Official and Director Graduate Medical Education, you will be responsible for growing the Cluster’s Education Pillar by leading, driving, providing governance and working with different stakeholders.
You will be required to lead the Graduate Medical Education (GME) leadership team through the charting of direction for GME Office, developing and implementing strategies and policies, to ensure the success of Medical Cluster’s Education Program.
You will ensure compliance and the successful accreditation of all 34 Programs under the cluster and manage funding matters.
In addition, you will oversee the recruitment, manpower planning, training and development, career planning and morale of staff in the Programs.
Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years of relevant experience
