We’re looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Supervise the Information Management, Communications and Events teams.
Propose plans and implement strategies to educate graduating students about alumni benefits and engage them in programs
Develop and implement strategies to promote alumni relations activities and maintaining communications with alumni to increase alumni affinity and strong sense of identity with their alma mater.
Assist to formulate and execute NTU’s short-term and long term alumni relations strategy, especially with regard to using digital services and tools to scale engagement efforts.
Assist to plan, implement and promote alumni programs that support the University’s strategic plan and goals, in collaboration with colleagues other departments, Schools and other relevant stakeholders.
Partner with Admissions Office, Centres and Schools to spearhead the introduction of alumni involvement in the admissions/recruitment process.
Internal Lead representing the Alumni Affairs Office on University level projects on digital platforms.
Possess a Bachelor’s degree and should have at least 8 to 12 years of experience in Alumni Relations related positions, with 5 years in a management role in multicultural environments.
Ability to work with a diverse constituency of alumni, faculty members, and students.
Strong digital, oral and written communication skills are of the highest priority. Ideally, the Deputy Director should have a background in the development and implementation of proposals associated with support for institutions of higher education.
Possess outstanding organizational and management skills in administering personnel, volunteers, budget and other resources.
Track record of success in organizing and leading large marketing / communication campaigns and events at the international level
